What MYXAR needed
MYXAR gives physical environments a digital brain, with AI-native document management, claim prevention and operational intelligence for recreational hubs such as marinas.
It needed its first product: one platform for marina operators, their staff and the boaters they serve, and then a first look at what an AI assistant could do inside it.

Marina app
A dashboard for each marina, with vessels, boaters, staff and task assignment, plus a boat launch wizard.

Staff app
Task lists for marina staff, with each vessel's location on a satellite Google map.

Boater app
Boaters see their vessels and request launches and maintenance through a guided wizard.

Admin app
MYXAR's team manages marinas and marina users.

AI assistant prototype
A chat assistant that adds and edits members and answers who is working today for marina staff, and creates pump-out requests and answers vessel questions for boaters.

AWS platform
Amplify and CloudFront for the apps, EC2 and RDS behind them, and S3 for files, deployed through CodePipeline.
