Butterfli struggled to find a software development partner capable of building a platform that enabled on-demand and scheduled transportation. The platform needed to seamlessly connect riders, healthcare organizations, transportation providers, and drivers. Prior to VantaSoft, Butterfli had engaged several software development agencies to build the platform, but they were unable to execute on the vision. Butterfli's challenge was finding a team capable of building a feature-rich, user-friendly, Uber-like transportation platform.

In order to build effective software that served very different types of users, VantaSoft built a total of six web and mobile applications for Butterfli. The web applications served admins, B2B users, B2C users, and transportation providers. The mobile applications served B2C users and drivers. The platform includes features such as ride booking technology, real-time ride tracking, ride-matching automation, AI route optimization, and a ride marketplace system.
