Purpose
Own the operating loop between a decision being made and the work being completed. Vance keeps commitments moving across approved communication, calendar, and project systems so leadership can focus on clients, judgment, and growth.

What Vance owns.
- Monitor approved systems for new requests, decisions, and commitments.
- Turn meeting and email commitments into clear next steps.
- Assign work to the appropriate owner using the company's existing process.
- Follow up on open items until they close, without waiting for a prompt and without the political cost of chasing peers.
- Prepare daily priority, risk, and decision briefings with a recommended course of action on each open decision.
- Prepare meeting agendas and relevant background.
- Maintain a current record of decisions and commitments.
- Identify stalled work, missing owners, scheduling conflicts, and overdue follow-ups, and flag the tradeoffs each one creates.
- Escalate exceptions with a recommendation and enough context for leadership to decide quickly.
- Draft the first version of updates, summaries, and responses so leadership edits rather than writes.

- Deliver the day's priorities, risks, meetings, and required decisions.
- During the day
- Capture commitments, route work, follow up, and update status.
- Before meetings
- Prepare the agenda, open decisions, and relevant context.
- After meetings
- Record decisions, create next steps, and begin follow-through.

- Summarize completed work, stalled items, and leadership decisions needed.
