CheekyMD needed to quickly launch a modern telehealth platform that could handle a high volume of users seeking weight loss solutions. The system needed to manage HIPAA-compliant medical intake forms, telehealth evaluations, prescription workflows and payment, and customer management. This would all need to be done in a lightweight, intuitive user experience across web and mobile.

The platform features a dynamic telehealth intake and prescription system, integrations with MD Integrations and pharmacies, our own custom subscription solution with promo codes, and HIPAA-compliant communications. VantaSoft implemented automated workflows that streamline the entire customer journey - from application to prescription delivery.
