The brief
What ZYYAH needed
ZYYAH builds tools for homeowners, buyers and real estate agents. It wanted to add home search to its platform, with private off-market listings alongside the MLS, and make it easy for buyers, sellers and agents to work together.
It needed both a web app and a mobile app, built quickly enough to get to market.

Map search
Search MLS and private listings on a map, with filters for price, beds and baths, home type, new builds and investment properties.

Owners and agents upload off-market listings, and buyers request access to see them.

Photos, facts and a local map for each home, with buttons to request a tour, contact an agent or connect with a live agent.

Saved searches and lists
Buyers save searches and favorites and share custom property lists.

Communication between buyers, homeowners and agents inside the app.

The same search, listings and favorites in a mobile app built with React Native and Expo.
